I made this audio recording of Chapter 5 of the First and Last Belief to accompany my answer to a reader’s question “Are you suggesting that we could make Liberation happen?” . It describes the paradox that there is no separate self ‘doing life’ or making the choice to make anything happen and yet life may appear as if there is.
